It’s well and truly the festive time of year! Work is wrapping up for the season, and the presents are being wrapped up too!
So let’s have a look at some of our favourite holiday reads, in the spirit of things!
1. One Day in December – Josie Silver
A 2018 release that came just in time for the festive season kick-off. I absolutely adored this read, as you can see from my review posted here.
2. The Harry Potter Series – J K Rowling
While not ‘Christmas’ books, this series is such a comfort to curl up and re-read at this time of year. Plus every book has a Christmas feast, and who wouldn’t want to receive a Weasley jumper from Molly?! I know I would!
3. How The Grinch Stole Christmas – Dr Seuss
Honestly if this isn’t a classic I don’t know what is! Has anyone seen the new movie yet? I’m really excited for it!

What books are you reading over this holiday season? Any recommendations?
Until next week,

I have to suggest – because it definitely does have Yulemas in it – Nevermoor and Wundersmith by Jessica Townsend – a fantastic series that is just beginning.
I’m reading a lot of free verse books and loving them at the moment – part of a project for work to compile a list for schools to use.
Great top 3…..
